In early 2007 I decided to sell my house in San Jose, California and move to the Redding, California area. A relative had previously used the services of Sarah Kohlbeck and was very pleased with her. Sarah was asked to call me. When Sarah telephoned she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to work with me, from long distance. After providing Sarah with my wish list of amenities, she went to work. Not only did Sarah find me several homes to view, she also worked long distance with my selling Real Estate Agent in San Jose to coordinate between selling my old house and buying my dream home. My San Jose agent even commented how easy and pleasant it was to work with Sarah.
When I finally drove to Redding and met with Sarah, I immediately felt at ease. Sarah seemed to understand just exactly what I was looking for and how to make the process seem so easy. I hope this finds you rested after the ordeal of finding us a property to buy. Thank you for the time and energy it took to fulfill our needs. This being the last home we will be purchasing, it had to be exactly what Amy and I wanted. Amy wanted the cover home from Better Homes and I wanted enough land to build my shop. You found the perfect place. Amy has her home with a beautiful yard and garden and I now have my big shop to build my hot rods. You might have saved our marriage and at the very least our sanity.
